Refund Policy

At Jovorie, all wall murals are custom printed to your exact size and specifications. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or low-resolution images provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not yet started. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled.

Production typically takes 5–7 business days, after which the order is shipped with tracking.
